Business Challenge:
Inefficient Workflows Delaying Campaigns

Mapping Process:
The End-to-End Pre-Launch Workflow
To design an effective tool, we first mapped the full workflow between AMs, CMs, and clients. This included documenting each step from asset submission to campaign setup, identifying where delays occurred, and understanding what AMs actually do behind the scenes to launch a campaign. These insights helped us pinpoint the UI flows the tool needed to support.

A Faster Workflow for Campaign Delivery
— Less Friction, More Revenue.
To accelerate campaign delivery, we created Creative Studio to give Account Managers full control over creative preparation before launch. Previously, AMs depended on Campaign Managers to package creatives and fill missing sizes, causing delays and repeated back-and-forth. By enabling AMs to generate, adjust, and package creatives independently, we reduced workflow friction, allowed CMs to focus on optimization, and ultimately sped up campaign activation and revenue impact.

Iteration: Usability Testing across
Japan, Taiwan, and the US
Several design iterations were explored to improve clarity, streamline actions, and ensure the tool aligned with AMs’ real workflow. Through multiple rounds of prototype testing with AMs, I incorporated their feedback to shape the final design.
What We Delivered
A Tool to Manage, Create and Deliver
After the redesign, user engagement improved across the board—longer sessions, more product interactions, and smoother navigation. The new site gave Teenage Engineering a platform that felt as refined and thoughtful as their products.
